Questions you're probably asking.
Is this just a chatbot on top of my data?
No — and this distinction matters. A chatbot follows a script and answers questions from a predefined set.
Your operator is a fully autonomous agent with 10–20 custom-built tools. It can read from
and write to your live systems, send messages, trigger workflows, run campaigns, and execute
across your stack. It's the difference between a calculator and a CFO.
What does "30-day build" actually mean?
Week 1: we audit your stack, map your data sources, and design the operator architecture.
Week 2–3: we build and integrate the tools — the specific capabilities your operator needs.
Week 4: we deploy to production, stress-test every tool, and run you through the interface.
You go live on day 30. Day 31, you're executing strategy through conversation.
Who actually builds this?
Omair — the same engineer who built the PledgeNow Steward (13 live tools, production-grade,
stress-tested against 31 scenarios) and manages CharityRight's infrastructure (£4M+ in donations processed).
No agencies, no junior devs, no handoffs. Direct access to the person who writes the code.
What systems can you integrate with?
Anything with an API — and almost everything does. Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal,
GoCardless, WhatsApp (via WAHA or Twilio), Gmail, Outlook, Slack, any custom database,
any webhook-capable platform. If your data lives somewhere, we can connect it.
The Discovery Sprint maps your exact stack before we commit to scope.
Do I own the code?
100%. Your operator runs on your own infrastructure (we deploy and manage it),
and you own every single line of code. If you ever want to take it in-house or
move to another provider, we hand you the full codebase, documentation, and
architecture details. Zero vendor lock-in. Always.
What if I want to cancel?
30 days written notice. We immediately begin the transition — full code handover,
infrastructure documentation, and a handoff session so whoever takes over has
everything they need. No penalties. No arguments. No lock-in.
How is this different from hiring an AI engineer?
A good AI engineer costs £80,000–120,000/year — and they spend the first 3–6 months
figuring out architecture, building infrastructure, and learning your business.
We've already built and stress-tested this exact architecture in production.
You get a deployed, proven operator in 30 days, not 6 months, at a fraction of the cost.
And the operator improves every month, permanently.
Can you show me a live example before I commit?
Yes — that's what the Discovery Sprint is for. 5 days, £2,500, and you'll see a
working prototype tool built for your specific business before you commit to the
monthly plan. If you proceed, the £2,500 is credited against month 1.
We'd rather show you than pitch you.
What makes this cutting-edge? AI tools already exist.
Generic AI tools exist. Custom AI operators don't — not at this level.
What we build is architecturally different: a multi-tool autonomous agent
trained on your specific domain, with live read/write access to your systems,
that executes real actions (not just generates text). The PledgeNow Steward
demonstrated this with 13 live tools, managing real pledges and real donors.
This type of software — an AI that genuinely operates inside a specific business
domain with full execution capability — is new. We built the first one.
Now we're building yours.
